• Eliminates Fats, Oils & Greases: The formulation will eliminate problem-causing fats, oils & greases used in commercial food establishments.
• Eliminates Food & Other Wastes: Degrades food particles and other wastes found in grease traps.
• Eliminates Odors: This product eliminates odors that are commonly caused due to overflows and/or excess amounts of wastes building up in grease traps between pump-outs.
• Multiple Uses: The dissolvable powder can be mixed with warm, tap-water onsite and poured down drainlines to prevent waste buildup on all drainlines in the facility.  Especially those leading to the grease trap.  It can also be used to exclusively treat grease mats, or to simply be dropped into the drain leading to the trap.

Eliminating Existing Grease:

Remove the lid of the grease trap. Stir the existing grease mat until it becomes liquefied. Sprinkle a thin layer of dissolvable bacteria powder over the entire surface of the grease mat. Repeat every few days until the grease mat is eliminated.

Maintenance:

Per 250 gallons of grease trap capacity, mix 4 ounces of dissolvable bacteria powder with 1 gallon of warm tap water. Stir well until the powder dissolves. Pour solution down the main sink drain leading to the grease trap. Repeat weekly or as needed to maintain a clean grease trap.

Sink Drains, Floor Drains & Bar Taps:

Mix 2 ounces of dissolvable bacteria powder with 1 gallon of warm tap water. Stir well until the powder dissolves. Pour 16 fluid ounces of bacteria solution down each sink drain, floor drain, shower drain and the garbage disposal. Download PDF
